Grimes Superstars is dedicated to providing the best possible progressive training to our students in a positive and professional atmosphere that is both challenging and rewarding. Focusing on expression through movement and appreciation for the arts, we aim to enhance students' strength, poise, coordination and self confidence while helping them reach their fullest potential.

We offer a variety of classes in dance, baton, tumbling and cheer taught by experienced and dedicated professionals. To find out more about available classes and times please visit our Schedule Page

Instructors reinforce each child's self-image, respect for others, and teamwork while having fun! The Superstars love to shine and have many wonderful opportunities to perform including our recitals in May. We enforce tasteful, appropriate curriculum, including music and costuming and strive to showcase the full potential of each student.

We would like to take the opportunity to say "THANK YOU" for choosing us. The Superstars was founded by Jan Stivers in 1981 and is now under the direction of longtime staff members Jay Peterson, Dawn Reed, and Jamie Stringer. We pride ourselves on our creating a positive environment for our students and their families.

In order to ensure the safety and health of our students, their families, and our staff, as well as adhere to the Governor’s proclamations we have made the extremely difficult decision to cancel the virtual recital, effectively ending the 2019-2020 dance season.

We understand that this decision will be disappointing, but the safety of our students their families, and our staff, is of utmost importance to us, and given the current restrictions and guidance, we feel it is in everyone’s best interest to do so. The last couple of months have been challenging to say the least. Please understand and be assured that we have done our absolute best in our attempts to make some sort of recital happen.

The decision to ultimately cancel the virtual recital and end our season was not made lightly. We hope you will take the time to read further to fully understand this decision, as it was not easy and one that was made in careful consideration of all factors.

Again, we honestly cannot begin to express how grateful we are for everyone’s patience, understanding, and support during this time. We are already planning and looking forward to next season and we can’t wait for a fresh, new start!

From the bottom of our hearts…thank you so much!
